Bull Creek Business Solutions LLC (“Bull Creek,” “we,” “us”) helps small businesses with payment processing, statement reviews, point-of-sale systems, websites and related services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Information you give us — your name, business name, email, phone number and anything you write when you fill out a form on this site, email us, call or text us.
- Business documents you choose to share — for example a processing statement for a free review. We use these only to prepare your review or proposal.
- Basic site statistics — which pages are viewed, the referring site, device type and country. We do not use cookies or third-party advertising trackers, and we do not store your IP address.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and requests, including statement reviews and quotes.
- To provide the services you sign up for and support you as a client.

Text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Bull Creek Business Solutions, we use it only to communicate with you about your inquiry, appointments, statement review and the services you use with us. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — such as our website host, email and text-messaging providers — and, when you ask us to set up a service, with the provider of that service (for example a payment processor) so they can process your application. We keep your information as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

This site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to client information is limited to the people who need it to serve you. Please don't send full card numbers or bank account numbers through our web forms; we'll give you a safe way to share sensitive documents.
Your choices

- You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
