Payment processing, POS systems, the whole stack of fees and software that runs every transaction. Most of it is sold by people who get paid more when you understand less.
I'm an independent advisor on the merchant side. I help small businesses understand payment processing and POS systems. That means I sit with you, read your statements, and explain what you're actually paying. If your current setup is good, I'll tell you. If it's not, I'll show you the numbers and the options. You decide.
I'm not a national chain and I'm not a startup pitch. I'm one person with a phone and an email address who happens to know how this industry works from the inside. Local values, plain talk, real answers.
Outside of work I have a family that puts up with me running through statements at the kitchen table. They're the reason I'm careful about how I run this business — the stuff I won't promise, the customers I won't oversell, the deals I won't push. The same stuff that makes a small business worth running is the same stuff I want in how I help yours.
